Anxiety Management for Women

Have you ever felt like your anxiety is taking control of your life? If so, this Anxiety Management Group Program is for you.

This 6-week program will involve meeting up once a week for one hour, in a group of 6 to 10 people. It is designed to help you develop strategies and tools for managing anxiety through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques.


Week 1 Introduction to Anxiety & CBT

Week 2 Breathing & Mindfulness

Week 3 The Importance of Thoughts

Week 4 Taking Charge (Assertiveness & Self-Esteem)

Week 5 Breaking the Cycle

Week 6 Bringing it All Together


Wednesdays 5pm – 6pm
