Mindfulness Group Program

13 August 2018

Mindfulness Group Program

Mindfulness can be described as paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and non-judgement. Often people get caught up in unhelpful and negative thoughts; in ruminating about the past, or worrying about the future. Mindfulness is an effective way to bring awareness to and combat these types of unhelpful and often negative thinking patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression.
