Daniel takes a compassionate, caring, and active approach to understanding client needs and practises from various perspectives, including DBT, CBT, ACT, and other mindfulness-based therapies. He is also Intensively-Trained in DBT and Trauma-Focused approaches.

Daniel enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and older adults and is well versed in clinical assessments and treatments for anyone suffering mental health issues. Blending a client focus with evidenced-based tools and clinical experience, Daniel provides a safe and collaborative space for clients to achieve the best outcomes.
