Approach

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative and practical. I aim to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, while working together toward meaningful change. I draw on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies and the Gottman Method when working with couples. I tailor therapy to each person or couple’s particular needs, strengths and circumstances, helping clients develop insight, self-compassion and practical skills to manage difficulties, improve their relationships and build more fulfilling lives.
