Therapy

Compassionate, collaborative and client-centred therapy

We provide an authentic and supportive space for individuals, families and groups to receive therapy.

Your holistic needs considered

We understand there’s more to successful therapy than just a great session. That’s why we also consider the practical, medical, legal, cultural and social circumstances unique to you.

Varied support and treatment options

It’s no secret that when it comes to therapy, there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all. Which is why, at Positive Psychology, we have practitioners who are trained in a variety of treatment approaches – so that we can tailor our approach to your needs.
