An EAP is a workplace-provided support program offering short-term, confidential counselling services to employees in need.
Your organisation can choose the number of sessions available to each team member, which is typically set for the calendar year.
We offer two options for EAP services:
Our experienced practitioners support your employees in managing ongoing workplace issues, stress, anxiety, depression, or any other interpersonal challenges.
Our experts can support and assist your team members with any acute workplace issues, including incidents of violence or traumatic events.
Our practitioners host a range of in-person workshops to meet your organisation’s needs.
Using tools and strategies backed by science, these workshops will empower your employees’ resilience and wellbeing. Topics include:
We can help your employees evaluate their mental health and wellbeing – and identify any need for ongoing support.
Check-up sessions are typically held at your workplace.
We recommend our clients run check-ups annually, but we can easily arrange adhoc if needed.
Here’s how it works:
Employees complete a confidential questionnaire to provide an overview of employee mental health and wellbeing. It also covers lifestyle factors such as exercise, nutrition, sleep and social support.
The information from the questionnaires is debriefed with the employee and recommendations are made to address any mental health and wellbeing issues.
Our practitioner may recommend counselling or crisis support. Or we may provide referrals for other support services.
